TERMS OF SERVICE

 

INTERIOR DESIGN

After your request form is sent and accepted, I will create a mock-up of your home. This is the best time to be requesting changes. If your design is for a large/active FC please consult with your members before approving the mock-up. At the phase of the designing, changes are 100% free. Only once I begin building in game will I charge for revisions. The cost of revisions will vary.

Once mock-up has been approved, full gil payment will be required before any items are placed in your estate. Exterior design will cost extra.

For apartment commissions, the client must be on PC and be willing to use certain third-party tools. 

​

If you would like to craft some of the furnishings to save money, I will give you an itemized list. Any gil leftover from the furnishing budget will be refunded. 

​

With an exception for club venues only, I will only do 1-story builds. My building style is detailed, and requires a lot of glitching. Some furniture looks like 1 piece, but is actually a combination of 5 other pieces. Some parts of the house are lofted or sunk into the floor and block access to the other floors. Because of this, there is not enough item limit or physical space to use the other floors. Yes, my portfolio showcases multiple-floor builds. But those were exceptions, and I would rather not make them.

I reserve the right to cancel work at any time. If this happens, the remaining gil will be refunded. Reasons I may cancel a build include, but are not limited to:

• Client (or FC members) moving furnishings/editing the house before the home is complete.

• A major disagreement or communication issue that cannot otherwise be resolved.

If something breaks or glitches after the build is complete, you may contact me at any time to repair the issue. HOWEVER, if you make any major changes to the interior, your warranty will be void. I will also ask that you remove my name from any credits should you or somebody else make major edits to the interior. 

Major edits are as listed:

• Tearing down multiple pieces of/entirely removing a custom furnishing.

• Removing or adding walls

Things that don't count as major edits:

• Changing the color of items

• Adding or removing singular tabletop/wall-mounted items that are not a part of a custom furnishing

• Moving an item over a few pixels (or even more than a few pixels)

• Adding or removing housing NPCs

Similarly, I will not provide revisions to the estate if major changes are made by the client.

By default, all builds will be listed on my portfolio/social media. If you would like to keep your address private or entire build private, please let me know. If you would like to make your own social media post, please credit me! If you don't know how to credit me, just ask!
